AVAILABILITY and BOOKING

• The property is available throughout the year (subject to confirmation by the owner)
• Collection from Dinard (Pleurtuit) Airport or from St Malo Ferry Port can be arranged, subject to owner being available.
• Changeover day is normally Wednesday but this is flexible.
• Short Breaks (minimum 3 nights) are available from October through to end of April.
• The property is not suitable for children or pets.
• Smokers are requested not to smoke indoors.
• Price quoted at time of booking will be inclusive of bed linen, towels for bathroom and kitchen, heating, and all services

PRICES for 2008

• Inclusive price for one or two people staying will be from:
  £210 to £280 per week, or
  £30 to £40 per night.
• A deposit of £50 per week is payable at time of booking.
• Full booking conditions are printed on the back of the Booking Form which you will be sent, and asked to sign and return with your Deposit
• The Booking Conditions are repeated on the back on the Invoice which you will be sent as confirmation of your Booking and acknowledgement of Receipt for your Deposit.
• The balance of payment becomes due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday as stated on the Invoice.
